Who We Are

Jennifer Loftus founded SwingSearch in 2005 as the first search firm focused exclusively on startups. At the time, startups were stuck choosing between contingent agencies and overpriced exec search firms, both lacking the network and know-how.

In 2012, Mandy Edmund joined as Managing Partner to help scale the firm. Today, we’re a women-owned, women-led team of ~40, helping startups make their most important hires with speed, strategy, and a whole lot of ♥.
