David is an experienced executive search leader based in Boston with deep expertise placing senior-level talent into technology organizations. He began his search career at CTPartners, a premier retained search firm, before moving to Howard Fischer Associates, where he spent nearly three years as a Principal focused on growth-stage businesses across sales, marketing, and technology functions.
In 2018, David joined True Search, where he spent over seven years rising from Principal to Partner, advising clients across the technology landscape from the firm’s Greater Boston office. Most recently, he served as a Director at Riviera Partners.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Colby College, where he was a four-year varsity basketball player and tri-captain his senior year, and also played two years of varsity baseball. He holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
David lives in Hingham, MA with his wife, three daughters, their golden retriever, Blue, their tuxedo cat, Toby, their bunny, Strawberry, and 15 chickens.
