Niki brings 10+ years in talent across both sides of the table. Prior to joining SwingSearch, she helped scale the team at Headspace across product, GTM, and operations during key growth chapters, while building the talent intelligence systems that informed hiring strategy. Earlier in her career, she got her start in executive search at Safire Partners, partnering with VC backed startups to place VP+ leaders.
At Swing, Niki supports go-to-market and functional leadership searches as a Senior Principal. Her superpower is combining genuine, lasting relationships with a strong data lens. She cares about market insights, conversion rates, and search process as much as candidate experience and has found that doing both well is what truly moves the needle for clients and candidates.
Based in Pittsburgh and a mom of two, Niki is also a certified breathwork and reiki practitioner which, it turns out, is excellent preparation for startup chaos.
