Adam began his career in recruiting, partnering with high-growth startups and scaled organizations like Meter, Cloudflare, & Zendesk to help shape their GTM teams. After a few years in search, he joined CRV/Shopify-backed Loop Returns, where he helped to build their account management function from scratch. Working on the “inside” gave him a firsthand look at how impactful a great hire can be, and ultimately pulled him back into the world of search with a fresh perspective.
Today, Adam specializes in GTM searches at Swing, and lives for that feeling of landing the perfect hire. When he’s not on the phone with candidates, you can usually find him on his bike or cooking the latest recipe from the New York Times.
