
Nele’s career journey began in academic libraries, where she developed a deep appreciation for research, knowledge, and the power of information. After several years in academia, Nele transitioned to executive search. Over the years, Nele had the privilege of working across a wide range of searches in finance, strategy, operations, HR, and corporate development—helping organizations identify and connect with exceptional leaders.
Outside of work, Nele loves spending time exploring the world. Whether it’s experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, traveling to new destinations, or hiking through the beautiful landscapes of North Carolina, she always finds joy in discovering new experiences. Nele lives in Greensboro with her husband, their dog Rudy, and a flock of backyard chickens, which keeps things lively!
