Magna spent the first part of her career leading Sales, Marketing, and General Management for The Princeton Review in Southern California. While attending USC for business school, she was exposed to the startup world and never looked back. She joined Tala ($200M raised, ~600 employees globally) as the 12th hire and helped build out the Talent and People Function before transitioning into Executive Search in early 2018. For the last four years, she has been actively recruiting executives for VC- and PE-backed companies. She is passionate about using data to inform the search process while not losing sight of the human element. She loves partnering with Founders and CEOs to help them scale their business by finding the right leaders at the right time.
