With a $35M Series A and $100M Series B closed within three months, they were scaling fast and engaged SwingSearch on two senior leadership searches: a VP of Marketing to transform their marketing function into a scalable growth engine, and a VP of Customer Success to own retention, expansion, and customer value across their multi-stakeholder model.
Search Strategy
VP of Marketing: We targeted full-stack B2B marketing leaders who had navigated the $50M→$100M+ chapter — revenue-oriented, ABM-experienced, and capable of scaling a multi-disciplinary team from an early-stage foundation. Given Inspiren’s 3x+ YoY growth, finding someone who could both build and scale was non-negotiable.
VP of Customer Success: We sought CS leaders who had built structured post-sales organizations from the ground up, managed large multi-year contracts, and had the operational rigor and emotional intelligence to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups across both hardware and software.

Grant built and scaled CS at Lattice from 0 to $120M in revenue, establishing the core CS infrastructure for mid-market and enterprise customers, including EBRs, executive sponsorship, and structured product feedback loops. Blending commercial and technical depth, he has driven NDR and expansion while more recently owning an engineering team & driving complex implementations at AI startup, Lindy.
