Coast’s mission is to modernize and streamline financial services for this critical workforce—delivering digital-first experiences to industries historically underserved by fintech.

Search Strategy

We targeted Head of/VP-level sales leaders from Series C+ companies ($50M+ ARR) who had scaled high-velocity SMB/MM orgs, moved upmarket into enterprise deals ($100K–$250K+ ACV), and owned expansion and NRR motions. Ideal candidates brought second-line leadership experience, strong forecasting and segmentation discipline, and the ability to professionalize a fast-moving sales org without losing momentum.
