Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Analyst, leading Research activities focussed on our Search division (startup leadership to C-suite). If you are passionate about research, market trends and innovative technologies we’d love to speak with you!
At SwingSearch, Analysts play an instrumental role in our success as a business. You will be responsible for setting the overall research strategy and direction for each search alongside our client CEOs, Founders and their leadership teams. You will manage the market research, talent acquisition strategy, and guide the execution, alongside your recruiting partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage 100% passive talent through outbound sourcing
- Assess areas for process improvement internally and externally
- Heavy emphasis on building out highly-targeted market research strategies including target list creation and boolean strings and iterating as needed
- Leverage data, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies.
- Manage quality control of pipeline and process
- Spearhead ad hoc projects to further advance the research function at SwingSearch
- Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience
- Assist Principals and Directors in the entire lifecycle of each search in their portfolio by empowering them to work with extreme efficiency with business leaders, managers, talent partners and other key stakeholders
to drive recruiting strategy within the various functions (GTM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and G&A) - Create and communicate the research strategy across internal and external teams
- Manage all candidate and client details within SwingSearch’s internal database
- Provide a consistent and positive experience for clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience (tech a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Exceptional administrative elegance
- Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution-oriented
- Proven organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent communication skills
