Search Strategy

We went to market seeking experienced leaders with a track record of launching products from the ground up, creative thinkers who can build brand awareness, educate the market on product value, and bring familiarity with exits. These candidates had led teams and thrives in fast-paced startup environments. We looked broadly across multiple categories, targeting individuals who have held senior roles in General Management, President, CEO, Product, or GTM positions. The candidates we presented had seven or more years of progressively senior leadership experience in GTM and/or Product at high-growth companies.

Leela Srinivasan

Leela is a strong cultural leader with a consulting mindset and a track record of growing businesses. She began her career in general management consulting at Bain before transitioning into marketing. Her first of three CMO roles was at Lever, where she joined early and led all aspects of marketing. Leela also serves on the board of Upwork, the world’s leading work marketplace, which aligns well with her role as CEO of Parity, where the team is building a marketplace tech platform.
