After graduating from college 10 years ago, Lizzy moved abroad on a working holiday visa and spent two years traveling and working, including time living in Australia and exploring Southeast Asia. She met people from all over the world, scooped ice cream along the way, and gained a firsthand perspective on how differently people live and work. Those experiences sparked a lasting curiosity about people and their stories that continues to shape how she thinks about careers, work, and opportunity.
When she returned to the U.S., that curiosity led her to recruiting. For the past eight years, she’s focused on go-to-market recruiting, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to build high-impact marketing and growth organizations. She’s drawn to the human side of the work, building real relationships, understanding what motivates people, and helping connect them to roles where they can thrive, while also bringing a strong understanding of what it takes to scale teams thoughtfully.
Outside of work, Lizzy loves traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with Howie, her dog, who is usually along for the ride whenever possible.
