Lauren began her career in Sales, starting in television and web advertising sales in NYC before returning to the Bay Area and transitioning into tech. She has experience in both pre- and post-sales roles within startups, partnering with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. After years of working closely with recruiters, Lauren felt compelled to make a career pivot and become the kind of recruiter she’d want to work with herself – and hasn’t looked back since!
Lauren’s expertise lies in sales recruitment thanks to her background as an Account Executive, but her reach extends across GTM, G&A and Product roles, having launched the Product practice at her previous firm.
When she’s not helping candidates find their dream job, she enjoys traveling, a good sushi dinner, and long walks with her rescue pittie, Steve.
