Kayla knows discipline and work ethic, two skills critical for working at SwingSearch, as a 4-year college athlete and Captain of the University of New Haven Women’s lacrosse team. Her first recruiting role was in the Admissions department of her alma mater where she traveled the country pitching academic and campus life to prospective students. She was recruited into a boutique executive search firm in 2021 and knew it was the right career fit.
Kayla supports Swing’s Partners on key executive roles, focusing on GTM VP and C-level searches.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Kayla currently lives in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina where she loves exploring local restaurants and relaxing at the beach with her fiancé and dog Kash.
