Josh is a GTM recruiter with a decade of experience helping high-growth startups hire with clarity and confidence. He began his career in agency search, placing finance and operations talent before shifting into the fast-paced world of tech and venture-backed growth. He later joined Lyra Health in-house, where he led 100+ hires and helped scale the company from 400 to 1,700 employees during a period of rapid expansion.
After earning a Master’s in Marketing Intelligence, Josh briefly pivoted into digital marketing—before making the intentional decision to return to recruiting, a craft he’s both skilled in and energized by. He’s drawn to complex searches, founder-led teams, and the kind of work where thoughtful, well-run search execution makes all the difference.
Outside of work, Josh lives in San Francisco with his wife, loves snowboarding in Japan and Tahoe, and is on a slow-but-steady journey to learn Bahasa Indonesia.
