Jessica began her career as a Psychology Teacher – before trading lesson plans for sales quotas and helping build a business from the ground up, growing its sales team along the way. Turns out, understanding human behavior and knowing how to close a deal is a pretty winning combo – one that’s brought her back to Swing three times (yes, three).
Today, she works on Annie’s team as the go-to expert for scaling sales teams, and securing critical first sales hires. For Jessica, it’s about building genuine relationships with candidates, understanding what drives them, and connecting them to roles where they can truly thrive. She sees herself as a matchmaker for her clients, dedicated to finding exactly the right person for the role every time.
Jessica is a Bozeman Montana native, and splits her time between Montana and San Diego, where she currently lives. When she’s not playing match-maker, you will find her traveling, cooking up a storm (friends call her the sauce queen), and finding balance through yoga and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. And nothing beats time with her daughter Aurora — her mini-me.
