He began his career at Nasdaq, progressing from BDR to Senior AE selling corporate governance and ESG solutions to C-suite executives and boards. From there, he went deep into the startup world: at Kuberno, he built the US GTM playbook from scratch, closed the largest deal in company history, landed Fortune 500 logos, and earned Revenue Champion as the #1 AE globally.
After years of living the zero-to-one experience firsthand, Brock made a deliberate pivot to executive search. Now, he channels his operator lens into placing GTM talent at high-growth startups.
Outside of work, he’s training for a half ironman in December 2026 and can usually be found running, biking, or surfing (a self-described rookie).
