Anne began her recruiting career at LaSalle Network, a Chicago-based agency where she built a strong foundation as a generalist, placing candidates across a wide range of industries. In 2019, she transitioned to an in-house role at Glassdoor, helping to expand their Chicago office and deepen her understanding of internal talent operations.
Since then, Anne has focused on recruiting for VC-backed tech companies, including Tropic and Shogun, where she’s helped scale high-growth teams. With experience on both the agency and in-house sides, Anne brings a well-rounded perspective to startup hiring. She specializes in go-to-market and generalist roles, with additional experience recruiting for technical positions.
Based in the Chicago area, Anne spends her time outside of work with family and friends—and is always on the lookout for a great book, podcast, or album recommendation.
