Sam has been in executive search for over 10 years.
Prior to joining Swing, Sam spent six years with SPMB, where she fast-tracked from Associate to Client Partner. From 2017-2020, Sam supported SPMB’s geographic expansion into the Mountain West and Midwest regions.
In 2021, Sam honed her specialization in Go-to-Market, with an emphasis on functional leadership in Sales and Marketing (direct reports to CROs and CMOs), and deeper segmentation in Fintech/Insurtech, Vertical SaaS, and PLG SaaS. Sam typically collaborates with late-stage VC (post Series B), Growth Equity, and Private Equity portfolio companies.
