Kim may be the team member that garners the most Slack nicknames given her ability to focus and close searches quickly. Known as “Miller the Filler,” “Killin it, Millin it” and “Miller Time,” Kim helps lead our Talent practice working on team build-outs, with a focus on Sales teams from Strategic ICs to VP level, as well as Sales/Revenue Ops leadership, Enablement and more.
Born and raised in Chicago, Kim brings 16 years of search experience in both agency and in-house settings to Swing. She has led teams as a top performer (Rookie of the Year, Multiple-Year Presidents Club, etc.), and while an in-house recruiter, she grew her organization from $28M to$82M in revenue over a five year period as the sole internal recruiter.
