Born and raised in Chicago, Kim brings 16 years of search experience in both agency and in-house settings to Swing. She is a top performer (Multiple-Year Presidents Club, etc.), and while an in-house recruiter, she grew her organization from $20M – $90M in revenue over a four-year period to over a three-year period as the sole internal recruiter.
