Before joining SwingSearch, Jim spent 3+ years at Riviera Partners focused on placing Product and Engineering executives at series
A-C startups and various public companies. Jim began early in his career when he focused on Accounting and Finance searches for Fortune 500 clients with LLoyd Morgan in London. After 7 years, Jim and his family moved back to Atlanta, Georgia where he later joined Alpha Advisors, a boutique search firm focused on Engineering roles in the Financial Services sector. Jim credits his deep curiosity and interest in always learning to what has helped him become such a strong recruiter.
At Swing, Jim is focused on VP level and above leadership in Engineering and Product. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

– Jim played NCAA tennis and still enjoys trying (in vain) to relive his college glory days on the court.
