Jenny Smith


Jenny has been recruiting leaders, building teams and leading search practices for over 15 years. At the Boston-area recruiting firm, HireAlliance, Jenny built the nationwide HR placement practice and then oversaw operations, client services, sales and recruiting as COO. She also developed the executive fellowship search function for San Francisco-based FUSE Corps and led the Talent and Human Resources organization for Alumni Ventures Group, a rapidly-growing venture capital firm, before joining SwingSearch as the first Boston area team member. 

After studying Industrial Organizational Psychology, Jenny received her MBA in Sustainable Business from Antioch University and obtained her SHRM-SCP HR certification. Thoughtful about the impact her work can have on the lives and careers of others, she strives to create positive and valuable experiences for the leaders and teams she is privileged to work with every day.
