Eric is a seasoned Sales and Rev-Ops professional turned go-to-market leadership recruiter.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Eric brings 17 years of coast to coast Sales experience to SwingSearch. Eric considers his ‘big break’ in the startup world his experience at Meraki, where he joined as an early sales team member and successfully scaled the team and sales process, eventually exiting to Cisco for $1.2B. From there he was hooked, and thus began a decade-long journey of building teams at early stage, high-growth SaaS startups.
When not at work, Eric can be found cycling, gardening, backpacking, or fermenting everything in sight (we love this about him.)
