Dinara’s introduction to the world of start-ups began in 2016 when she joined OpenBiome as a Clinical Outreach Associate. At OpenBiome, Dinara led the recruiting and interviewing efforts to bring in new hires for her team. She continued to hone her administrative and communication skills abroad as a Fulbright scholar, working as a teaching assistant at the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid, Spain. Her love for working with people and helping others, paired with her interest in dynamic and fast-paced work, led her directly to the field of Executive Search.

Outside of work, Dinara enjoys staying active with HIIT, yoga, or hip-hop classes. Also a big fan of adventure, she is always planning an exciting new trip.
