Daniel grew up in California’s Wine Country and has watched his “neighbor” Silicon Valley’s rapid expansion and evolution over the years.
He jumped at the opportunity to join SwingSearch as a chance to build what he saw as the more neglected part of the recruiting funnel: market research and sourcing. To Daniel, these disciplines sit at the intersection of his core interests and skillsets in business, anthropology, tech, and talent.
Since 2013, Daniel has helped lead the Swing Research Team to make sure we stay on the cutting edge to source talent and tailor our market mapping to each client’s needs
