Carley’s a longtime full-funnel marketer, leading diverse initiatives like launching Unilever Dove’s “Campaign for Real Beauty,” tackling McDonald’s food quality perceptions, establishing new categories like coconut water for Coca-Cola, and reinventing original ‘.com’ brands like Priceline. Prior to joining SwingSearch, Carley led cross-functional marketing teams at Lyft while the company doubled in size during its pre-IPO ramp. A Michigan Ross School of Business alum, Carley #CaseClosed now brings her natural curiosity to a wide range of searches and industries, recruiting for everything from MLOps to hyperautomation to HealthTech.
