Brian has spent his entire professional career in executive recruiting, focused primarily on research, knowledge management, and operations.
He began his journey with Heidrick & Struggles, one of the top five global leadership advisory firms, and made a transition into research within the firm’s Consumer Markets Practice. He then jumped from industry-focused to functional-focused executive recruiting, leading practice and knowledge management for Heidrick’s Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice. In 2017, he was recruited to join Allegis Partners, an executive recruiting firm under the Allegis Group umbrella, where he led the research & knowledge management team and contributed to the company’s strategy and operations. He made the jump to SwingSearch in 2021, tasked with leading research and operations.
Brian earned his B.S. from Quinnipiac University, majoring in International Business with a minor in Marketing. An avid New York sports fan who was never all that great playing any of those sports, Brian now resides in southern New Jersey (Philly sports territory!) with his wife, two sons, a couple of cats, and a dog. The pets like his wife and kids more than they like him, and he is comfortable with that.
