Alex started her career in technology sales where she spent 5 years building and learning sales processes and account management at scale. Her early career years motivated her towards more people-focused businesses and she sought out executive search. Her first role in recruiting and executive search was as a project manager where she quickly learned all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle process. She quickly caught the bug and felt how exciting it was to find the perfect candidate for a role. She has been focused on research strategy and sourcing ever since.
